Refund Policy
We are not obligated to give refunds for a change of mind or other circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you can email tickets@airliebeachfestivalofmusic.com.au to have your tickets reissued in a different name.
Refunds will not be issued except for ticket purchasers affected by government restrictions or full event cancellation. This is an all-weather event. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather, unless the ENTIRE event is cancelled by the event managers.
A three-day ticket is a multiple-day (consecutive) ticket for the use of one person only and cannot be shared. You will be issued a wristband in exchange for your valid ticket at the gate. There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the event.
Note that in the rare event refunds are granted, booking fees are non-refundable.
